Now Providing Tele-Health Sessions!

Mental Health Counseling

Our compassionate team of professional counselors help you learn your authentic self, rewire the brain to break away from it's subconscious patterns from living on autopilot and learn the new skills you need to mindfully know yourself, make healthier decisions, navigate life's challenges, heal from past trauma and rewrite your story. Health is much more than physical, after all.

Homework, Referrals + Recommendations

As we only see you for a limited time and most of your growth will be practiced in your time outside our office, we DO assign 'homework' or provide recommendations to supplement your care. This may also include referrals to outside providers that we need to support our work with you, depending on your case and needs!

What to Know Before Your Appointment

Scheduling an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, click the "Request Appointment" button on this page or send us a secure message through our contact page. We offer free brief consultation by phone to discuss your case, answer any remaining questions and schedule your intake appointment. After scheduling your first appointment (always an intake assessment), please review and submit the required documentation through your secure patient portal before our first appointment.

The Client Portal

Please keep up with your/your child's parent portal login. This portal is where you will fill out all assessments and evaluations, where you can access handouts uploaded for you, access billing documents and change payment methods, self-schedule and cancel appointments, and securely message your clinician once messaging is activated for you.

Release of Information

If you are referred by a school or doctor, please let us know. We highly suggest signing a release of information so that we are able to communicate with others involved in yours/your child's care when needed. Other offices may need you to sign a release of information for their office as well to ensure they'll be able to talk with us, too. You have the right to deny this service and also specify what we are/are not able to share with others. Even with release, we disclose only what is pertinent for your therapeutic benefit and you are able to specify what we shall/shall not disclose.

Cancelling Your Appointment/No-Shows

To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance before the scheduled appointment you wish to cancel. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to half the session rate. “No shows,” or failing to notify us of your need to cancel in advance and simply not showing up to the appointment will result in the charge of the FULL amount due for the session. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before you’ll be able to schedule another appointment. Multiple No Shows or inactivity may result in you becoming an inactive client and difficulty getting an appointment due to scheduling constraints.

Emergency Situations

*If you are experiencing an emergency, including the intent to harm self or others, please contact Emergency Services directly (Dial 911), or report to the nearest hospital immediately.

Note: As we dedicate our full attention to each of our clients during their appointment time, we may not always be accessible. We will return contact when we are able and we appreciate your patience.

No harassment

Please be advised that any harassment of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstances. There are security measures in place for the protection of our guests and staff.
