Practice mindful breathing.

One of the best things you can do to feel more energized throughout the day is practice mindful breathing. This is a technique that involves taking deep breaths in and out, and focusing on your breath as it comes in and goes out of your body. Mindful breathing is one of the best ways to relieve stress and anxiety—which are two common sources of low energy. Exercise regularly.
